About Suay Cherngtalay

The Choeng Thale outpost of Suay, the restaurant whose name stands for "sassy, unique, authentic and yummy". The kitchen takes Thai recipes and gives them modern technique and careful plating; the grilled lemongrass lamb chops with papaya salsa are the signature, and the crab cakes with sriracha aioli are a favourite. Inside is bright, with a Portuguese-tiled floor; outside, a garden with live music. It opens for dinner only, from 16:00 to 23:00 every day, and is listed in the MICHELIN Guide.
