About Pink Boat
A little seaside noodle shop at Baan Laem Hin, just before Laem Hin Seafood, with a wide view over the water. The dish is kanom jeen, southern rice noodles under a choice of curries — fish with coconut, jungle curry, crab — from 35 baht, and you help yourself to as many fresh and pickled vegetables as you like from the pink boat in the middle of the room. Halal; open from breakfast to 5 pm.
