An unassuming afternoon shop in Wichit that roasts some 30 to 40 ducks a day over charcoal. Order a half or a whole bird, juicy with crisp skin straight from the fire, and choose a spicy-sour or tamarind sauce to dip it in; some days there is grilled chicken too. Cheap and a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. Open 14:30–19:30, closed on Tuesday.
