A lunch-only kitchen in Ratsada, north of Phuket Town, hidden behind a screen of plants: a few tables, no English menu and a queue of locals. Everything is cooked to order from produce bought at dawn, and the southern Thai curries are rich and fiercely aromatic — ask for less spice if you need to. Simple, cheap and a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. Open 10:30 to about 14:00, closed on Wednesday.
