Chef Chalermwut Srivorakul cooks a seasonal tasting menu from home-grown and regional produce and wastes as little as he can; the jorang, prawns in a Thai curry sauce with crisp textures and herbs, is the dish the inspectors pick out. The room is calm, the wine list long, with a sommelier to help. It opens every day from noon to 21:30, and tables can be booked.
