About The HideOut Area
The only restaurant right on the sand at Tri Trang, a small bay south of Patong reached by a steep access road from the coast road. Tables stand under green canopy tents, and an order comes with a free sunbed, showers and toilets for the day. The food is plain Thai and international — the pineapple fried rice comes in half a pineapple. Come at high tide for a swim: at low tide the beach is shallow and rocky.
