About Haidilao Hot Pot Phuket

The Phuket branch of China's best-known hot-pot chain, on the second floor of Central Festival. Each table gets a four-part pot with a different broth in every section; you order by tablet, cook pork neck, duck, fish balls and tofu yourself, and watch staff stretch noodles in a little show. Aprons are handed out, fruit and ice cream come free at the end, and there is even a free manicure by the door. Count on 500–1,000 baht a head; open late.
