About CHAR'D Grill
The grill restaurant of the Avista Grande resort in Karon, set over water — the resort calls it Phuket's first "dine-on-water" steakhouse. Everything goes through fire: Andaman seafood on the grill, pizzas from a wood oven, roasts from the rotisserie, and a tomahawk as the signature. Cheeses, charcuterie, wines and craft beers fill out a dinner-only evening from 6 pm.
