A relaxed weekend seafood place on the edge of Phuket Town that keeps its catch alive in the mangrove stream beside the tables, so it cannot be much fresher. Black crab is the speciality, 480–590 THB a kilo for the big ones; blue crab is sweeter and easier to eat, and tiger prawns and lobster are there for a splurge. Sit outside in the breeze rather than in the glass-walled air-conditioned room.
