About Casa Boho
The Latin American restaurant of the Hyatt Regency resort, on the hill above Kamala Bay. Its terrace runs along an infinity pool with daybeds, and the sunset over the bay is the main event. The menu is long: tapas such as Cuban brisket croquettes and Argentinian empanadas, tacos, paella and seafood rice, prawns pil pil and steaks, with halal and vegetarian choices and a good wine list. It opens from midday into the evening, and outside guests are welcome.
