A Karon Road steakhouse across from Dino Park Mini Golf, from the Swedish-owned Buffalo family that opened its first branch in Patong in 1993. The beef is Australian, shipped chilled rather than frozen, from sirloin to long grain-fed Wagyu, and the Scandinavian side shows in the plank steak — a fillet on a board ringed with piped potatoes. Red-checked cloths out front, air conditioning at the back.
