An unlikely find in the far south: a small, air-conditioned shop on Kata Road that does nothing but khao soi, Chiang Mai's curry noodle soup. Soft egg noodles sit in a rich coconut curry broth under a nest of fried noodles, with pickled mustard greens, shallots and lime to stir in. A bowl costs 109–149 baht, with northern sai ua sausage on the side. Busy at lunch; closed on Sundays.
