The best-known camp on Soi Ta-iad, open since 2003 and the reason the street became Phuket's fitness hub. Muay Thai and MMA lead a timetable of more than twenty classes, CrossFit, yoga and BJJ among them, and a day pass opens all of them; a café, a shop and rooms are on site.
