A cable wakeboarding park in Kathu, on Vichitsongkram Road between Patong and Phuket Town, where a 700-metre cable pulls riders around an O-shaped lake at 30 km/h. Beginners have their own reversible course and advanced riders a circuit with a dozen obstacles; instructors teach children and adults, and the youngest can ride on a kneeboard. An hour costs 750 baht for adults and 450 baht for children. A pool and a rest area wait by the lake.
