About Loch Palm Golf Club
A relaxed 18 holes in a palm-lined valley in Kathu, next door to Red Mountain and about 7 km from Patong, and a favourite of golfers who live on the island. The front nine circles Crystal Lake, the largest lake on any Phuket course, so water is in play from the first holes; the back nine moves inland and opens up. Its driving range is unusual: the balls are hit out onto the lake and float. Green fees are about 2,900–3,500 THB, with a compulsory caddie and an optional cart.
