A café inside the Renaissance resort on quiet Mai Khao Beach, about 20 minutes from the airport, that steers away from heavy resort food. The menu, shaped by the resort's executive sous chef and his own interest in healthy eating, runs to smoothie bowls, power salads and wraps, buckwheat noodles with avocado and seaweed, falafel with tabbouleh and overnight oats. Ice cream, cakes, coffee and a tea leaf bar make it a stop for dessert or an afternoon break too.
