A pool club on the hill above Kata Noi Beach, high enough to take in the whole bay — despite the name, it is a drive, not a walk, from the sand. Three venues share the site: the pool club, with daybeds for two to eight people, VIP cabanas and private rooms; Kipo, a steakhouse on the second floor cooking over open flame; and DOXA, a sky bar above the pool known for its sunsets and cocktails. Prices are high. It opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
