About Gibbon Rehabilitation Project
A rescue centre in the forest of Khao Phra Thaeo that has worked since 1992 to bring gibbons — poached out of Phuket's forest decades ago — back to the wild. Visits now run only as booked one-hour learning sessions, morning, noon or afternoon; on days without bookings the site is closed.
